JOB TITLE: Reverse Mortgage Broker (Refer to location details)

JOB TYPE: Salary + Bonuses OTE $125k - $150k

LOCATION: Ultimo, Sydney NSW 2007

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Head of Operations

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to in-bound enquiries for reverse mortgage loans (all leads supplied)
Book appointments for a loan interview
Prepare and submit applications, manage through to settlement
Liaise with borrowers & lenders
Prospecting high-potential referral groups
Comply with all key regulatory and lender requirements
Follow internal compliance processes
Reporting on work activity
Achieve KPI’s & grow revenue
Post-settlement customer servicing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

Certificate IV in mortgage lending (preferably Diploma)
Ability to understand client business needs, & recommend appropriate solutions
Ability to work unsupervised, and to self-motivate
Empathy for people over 60 years; understanding of issues related to seniors & ageing
Car driver’s license
